The ideal candidate will bring:
5+ years of experience in management consulting, Strategic Finance, or a highly analytical role within a high-growth environment.
Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Deep industry expertise in Tech, specifically within the SaaS or AI sectors, and a strong understanding of the unique dynamics and KPIs of these markets.
Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Tableau (or similar analytical tools) to extract and manipulate data independently.
Exceptional analytical prowess and a "scrappy" mindset—you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build a model from scratch or hunt down the data you need.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to bridge different perspectives and drive consensus among diverse groups.
Residency in the Chicago or Bay Area, or a willingness to be based out of these hubs to collaborate closely with the team.
