Strategic Planning Manager

As a Strategic Planning Manager (Creator Growth) at AnyMind, you will lead the development of business-driven communication strategies and client relations while translating data insights into high-impact video campaigns. In this role, you will manage the entire campaign lifecycle by turning client objectives into practical, innovative plans based on deep consumer research. Ultimately, your goal is to execute powerful communication strategies that drive creator growth and maximize campaign performance.

What You'll Do

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and guide communication strategies that meet client business goals. Define target audiences and set clear performance targets (KPIs) to measure success.
• Client Relations: Represent the team in client meetings to present strategies and offer expert advice.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a team of strategic planners, helping them grow and succeed within the production team.
• Campaign Management: Research market trends and consumer insights to keep video campaigns relevant. Oversee campaign planning from creative briefs and budgets to timeline tracking.
• Data Analysis: Review campaign data to see what worked well and find areas to improve. Create and present clear performance reports to stakeholders.
• Budget & Resource Control: Manage production budgets carefully to make sure resources are used effectively across different shoots and projects.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Build strong working relationships with internal teams, such as directors, creative producers, and account executives, to deliver high-quality video content.
• Process Improvement: Set up clear and simple workflows for brief handovers, creative execution, and final reporting.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication strategy, digital marketing, or video production planning, with at least 2–3 years in a dedicated managerial or team-leading capacity.
• A proven track record of planning and managing successful, large-scale communication campaigns and video productions.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, video trends, and digital metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills, with the ability to collaborate smoothly across different departments.
• Good budget management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
