Job Description: @Vote is hiring a Student Government Strategic Specialist to expand voter outreach within the college campuses through student government associations and campus leaders. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, empowering student leaders to integrate voter registration tools and civic resources into student programming, events and communications. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build partnerships with student governments, campus leaders, and political clubs to promote voter participation.
- Coordinate campus-focused voter campaigns, challenges, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and programming teams to design materials and messaging tailored for student audiences.
- Track student government participation and provide regular reports on engagement and outcomes.
- Stay informed on trends in higher education, campus activism, and student leadership structures.
- Create engagement toolkits for student governments to implement on their campuses.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of student government systems, leadership dynamics, and campus culture.
- Previous involvement in student government or similar leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with student leaders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
