Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our Creative Team is expanding, and we have a great opportunity for a Studio Production Assistant to join our (award winning) Creative team working in our London office reporting to our Lead Photographer.

Photography & Video are integral parts of the MOO brand and the success of our product marketing. If you have an eagerness to learn, a knack for organization, and a passion for production, you will fit right in. You will play a crucial support role in ensuring our in-house shoots run smoothly and our studio is well-maintained.

The person we want

  • You will assist the wider production team on everything from slick product showcases, e-commerce product photography shoots, social media campaigns to internal culture videos, while developing your own production and post-production skills.
  • You’ll have a real passion for photography, design and communication, and a genuine desire to do brilliant work.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and hands on attitude, keen to learn in a fast paced creative environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with studio equipment, basic lighting setups, and audio recording gear.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot minor technical issues on set, and anticipate the needs of the production team.
  • Previous experience in a creative studio or design environment would be beneficial (studio assistant or runner role).

    • Responsibilities

  • Help maintain the studio: Organise, inventory, and prep cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for upcoming shoots.
  • Ensure the studio space is clean, safe, and ready for use.
  • Assist in ensuring props/wardrobe are easily accessible, organised and maintained.
  • Prepare products for shoots, unboxing and ensuring we have everything we need to start.
  • Support the production team with coordinating schedules, basic call sheets, talent, and location setups.
  • Assist on-set with basic lighting setups, audio monitoring, and acting as general support (running) for camera operators and directors.
  • Aid the production team in following and upholding MOO’s brand style guidelines to ensure consistent, on-brand photography that is technically and aesthetically remarkable.
  • File management where needed of imagery using Google Drive.

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is desirable but not essential.
