About this role

As our Superintendent, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations on active job sites to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on schedule.   • Previous field management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, site logistics, and trade sequencing across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
  • Proven ability to run daily coordination meetings, manage multiple subcontractors, and keep crews aligned with schedule milestones.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings/specifications and working with RFIs, submittals, and changes.
  • Familiarity with construction technology and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills with a safety‑first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic field environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
