Key Responsibilities
As a Department Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations:
- Oversee key production areas including bond stores, wash, and meal assembly lines
- Ensure smooth, efficient workflows that meet tight schedules and uphold our 5-star quality standards
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results every day
- Maintain compliance with legislation, customer expectations, and company policies
- Build strong relationships with clients and swiftly resolve any operational issues
