SUPERVISORY INTERNSHIP F&B SERVICE

As a Supervisory Intern in F&B Service, you feel completely at home on the restaurant floor or in banqueting operations. You actively contribute to coordinating the team and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

During your internship, you will learn how to supervise team members, create schedules, and maintain service quality. You will be involved in welcoming guests, handling requests or complaints, and coordinating with the kitchen and other departments.

With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will develop leadership skills and learn how to motivate a team while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are currently enrolled in a BOL level 4 program (hospitality/F&B related)

• You have a passion for hospitality and service

• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English

• You show initiative and a sense of responsibility

• You work in a structured and organized way

• You are flexible (evenings, weekends, holidays)

• You are interested in leadership and team development

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU ?

• As an MBO student, you will receive an internship allowance of €750,- gross per month fulltime, consisting of:

  • €670,- internship compensation

  • €80,- expense allowance

• We work with variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, depending on the number of days and hours worked. This means one month you may receive a bit less and the next month a bit more.
