The primary function of the Support Clerk position is to facilitate the accurate and timely review and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Customer Relations Department, as well as to provide telephone support by directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff within the company.

High School Diploma

Knowledge of computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
