Responsible for preparing quantity takeoffs, volume calculations, technical drawings, and topographic data analysis for infrastructure and construction projects. This role utilizes AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop accurate technical documentation that supports engineering, estimating, budgeting, and project planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare quantity takeoffs and material estimates based on drawings, models, and technical documentation.

· Perform cut-and-fill calculations and earthwork volume analyses using Civil 3D.

· Process and analyze topographic data provided by field survey teams.

· Develop and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

· Create surfaces, alignments, profiles, and cross-sections for infrastructure projects.

· Interpret architectural, structural, topographic, and civil engineering plans.

· Review and validate survey information and technical data.

· Maintain and update project drawings, databases, and technical records.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, or a related discipline.

· 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity takeoffs, topographic data processing, or civil design.

· Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

· Quantity takeoff and civil works estimation.

· Surface modeling and digital terrain modeling.

· Earthwork and volume calculations.

· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Topographic data processing and analysis.
