A family in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Infant Nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for their 8-month-old daughter.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced infant nanny who enjoys working alongside involved parents while confidently taking the lead during their scheduled hours. Both parents are actively involved in their daughter's daily routine. Dad works from home part of the week, and mom is home throughout the day. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a collaborative environment with family members and vendors coming and going.

The family is seeking someone who genuinely loves caring for infants, brings a calm and engaging presence, and has a strong understanding of infant development, feeding, and daily routines.

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guaranteeing 24 hours per week. The family is open to adjusting the schedule to Monday - Friday 12:00 - 5:00 PM for the right fit. Please indicate in your application which schedule you prefer. The family is hoping to hire as soon as they find the right long-term fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for an 8-month-old infant.
• Follow and maintain the child's established feeding, nap, and developmental routines.
• Prepare bottles and feed the baby as needed.
• Engage the child in age-appropriate play and developmental activities.
• Support tummy time, sensory play, and milestone development.
• Complete child-related tasks including bottle washing, nursery organization, and baby laundry as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment related to the child's care.
• Communicate openly with parents regarding the child's day, routines, and developmental progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional infant nanny experience.
• Strong knowledge of infant development and age-appropriate activities.
• Experience supporting feeding schedules and daily infant routines.
• Calm, nurturing, and engaging personality.
• Comfortable working alongside hands-on parents.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Infant CPR and First Aid certified.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to commit to the Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday schedule.
• Able to provide outstanding professional references.
• Reliable transportation to Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Salary and Benefits

• $35 an hour
