Sutton Swim School is a year-round indoor swim school with a warm 90-degree pool. We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic, kid-friendly people to join our team and help us continue providing high-quality swim instruction and water safety education.

No swim teaching experience? No problem. We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to know to become a confident instructor.

We are a family-owned swim school dedicated to making a difference in the lives of both our students and our staff. You’ll be trained to work with students of all ages, helping them become safer, stronger, and more confident in the water.

As you grow, there are opportunities to take on more within the school. Instructors can expand into areas such as Underwater Adventure Club, baby and toddler lessons, deck instruction, front desk support, and birthday parties. We want this to be a place where you can build skills, take on new challenges, and feel part of a team doing meaningful work.
