  • Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, and basic Linux troubleshooting.

  • Citrix: Experience in supporting and managing Citrix environments (VDI, virtual applications, remote access solutions).

  • Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages for automation and administration.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage IT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee IT implementations.

  • Networking: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.

  • IT Security: Understanding of endpoint security, antivirus software, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access control policies.

  • Helpdesk & ITSM Tools: Experience using ticketing systems

  • IT Asset & Software Management: Knowledge of IT asset tracking, software licensing, and patch management best practices.

  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace).

  • Knowledge of Windows 10 / WIN 11, Office 365, active directory, video conferencing,

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science

  • Minimum 3) Years of Professional Experience.

  • Certifications MS- Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 are preferred.

  • Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.

  • Customer Service Oriented Personality.
