The role
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end hiring across the company. This is a high-ownership, high-variety role, not a narrow recruiting function. You'll be building and running hiring pipelines across whatever roles the business needs at any given time, while also handling candidate communication, screening, and coordination.
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur | 6 days/week)

Requirements
What you'll do
- Build and manage hiring pipelines across multiple concurrent roles as they come up.
- Source and screen candidates via Tally forms, referrals, and job boards.
- Draft and send candidate communication (outreach, screening, offers, rejections).
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal stakeholders.
- Track pipeline status and maintain hiring trackers/spreadsheets.
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
- Take on ad hoc ops and GTM tasks as they come up. This role is dynamic and will expand based on what the business needs.
What we're looking for
- Fresher or 0-1 years experience, any degree.
- High ownership mindset, doesn't need hand-holding once given a task.
- Strong written and verbal communication (English required, Hindi preferred).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, open to a 6-day work week with 1 WFH day.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, forms, and fast-paced coordination.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
