Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Prepares offer letters, probation contracts & prepare for on-boarding of employment for prospective candidates.
  • Support other departments to post & hire both blue-collar and white collar workers.
  • Perform full-life cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates.
    • • Employer Branding:
  • Leading employer branding initiatives on social networks.
  • Expanding the source of candidates in the recruitment area through online and offline channels.
  • Connect and create close relationships with school units, mass organizations (Women's Union, youth union, ward agency, friend committee, police, ...), and job introduction centers, ... at the area in charge).
  • Collaborate with teams to develop online channels (Facebook, Zalo, Recruitment Website, ...).
  • Searching for new recruitment offline channels to develop regional candidate sources.

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), and recruitment channels.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment compliance and employment practices.
  • Good command of English.
