About this role
岗位职责：
1、与前端销售团队紧密合作，收集和了解客户信息及发货计划，进行系统账户创建和信息归档，协助客户按照标准流程进行发货、跟进物流状态并监督时效，提供良好服务体验；
2、结合客户日常物流异常个案，有意识进行判断和信息过滤，将有效准确的信息反馈内部，以便协助快速定位问题和解决问题；
3、定期汇总客户日常反馈（客户短期特殊需求、异常投诉），提前察觉物流/信息流的流程缺陷，主动提出合理的优化需求，与客户和内部跨部门多方沟通；
4、定期针对物流运营问题进行数据分析和复盘（异常SLA时效、货量波动），与国内仓库、干线、清关团队进行沟通协作，寻求对应解决方案，并推动方案落地及持续监控方案优化效果；
任职要求：
1、物流管理、国际贸易或工商管理相关专业，大专以上学历优先；
2、具备2年及以上空运国际物流操作、货运代理客户运营相关经验优先，了解空运进出口业务知识及行业术语，识别进出口异常问题；
3、英语能作为工作语言（通过大学英语四六级，听说读写流利交流），能熟练使用办公软件，有G-suite操作优先；
4、能通过数据分析识别操作问题，且能为客户提供解决方案；
5、具备良好的客户沟通协调能力与责任感，较强的抗压与应变能力，及对处理复杂问题有敏锐感和积极的态度；
6、具备一定客户洽谈能力或经验，能接受适当出差。
