Talent Acquisition Partner I Estimated annual base pay: $60,000(minimum) - $78,000(maximum)
Talent Acquisition Partner II Estimated annual base pay: $72,000(minimum) - $93,000(maximum)
**This role focuses on recruiting for Aerospace Production positions and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work Tuesday and Friday. Additional onsite days may occasionally be needed based on interview schedules and business needs. **

Talent Acquisition Partner I
Key Responsibilities:
· Executing Recruitment Strategies: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
· Sourcing Candidates: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
· Conducting Candidate Screening: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the organization.
· Supporting the Recruitment Process: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for partnering with other TA Partners to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process
· Collaborating with TA and Early Career Programs: A Talent Acquisition Partner I works closely with TA Partners and the Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.

Talent Acquisition Partner II
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, and creating job postings.
· Conduct candidate screening and selection: Screen and assess candidates for their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to select the best candidates for the job.
· Manage the recruitment process: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.
· Build and maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
· Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws. This includes maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
