The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Teneo, you will be at the forefront of driving talent acquisition strategies and implementing innovative recruitment initiatives across our business. In this capacity, you will exhibit a deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment, demonstrate the ability to drive process improvements, and make well-reasoned, timely decisions. Collaboration with the wider Recruiting Team will be essential to your success in this role. The responsibilities outlined below represent a comprehensive, though not exhaustive, list of your duties.
Hybrid Working Policy: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across APAC and the Middle East for all business units, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
- Partner with senior executives to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Drive a diverse and equitable recruitment process, including partnering with diversity partners and executing a comprehensive diversity strategy
- Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and contributing to HRBP-related initiatives
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS for tracking applicants and maintaining a detailed and organized recruitment workflow
- Analyze interview feedback and help guide decision making process
- Demonstrate a strong focus on detail, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, high-performing team environment
- Leverage HRBP experience to enhance business performance through thoughtful people strategies and innovative recruitment solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in Talent Acquisition
- A track record of success in full-cycle recruitment
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or Workday ATS is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior-level executives
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fun, flexible, and high-performing team
- Focus on business goals, results oriented and solution-driven approach to work
