We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our Bucharest office. While based in Bucharest, your scope will extend across the CEE region and other designated international markets, ensuring a consistent, candidate-first hiring approach and supporting a vibrant local employee community. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing end-to-end international hiring lifecycles, and enjoys organizing engaging employee community events to foster strong cross-border culture and connection.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for CEE and designated international markets, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from sourcing through candidate offer.
  • Partner closely with regional and international hiring managers to understand team headcount needs and provide expert talent selection guidance.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines across cross-border tech and e-commerce domains using LinkedIn, global job boards, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate cross-border onboarding and integration processes, ensuring new hires align with global company culture and local regulatory standards.
  • Drive Bucharest office employee engagement initiatives and social events to foster a vibrant, inclusive local employee community.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (we use Lever) and provide regular reporting on global hiring progress, pipeline analytics, and HR operational metrics.

    • Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR business partnering, preferably within a fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or regional corporate scope.
  • Solid understanding of international hiring practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to local employment regulations across diverse markets.
  • Strong interest or experience in employee engagement, community building, and internal culture-building activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multi-country hiring deliverables in a high-growth environment.
  • Native or fluent Romanian speaker with full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
