As AvePoint continues its journey from US$500M to US$1B+ in revenue, our growth can only be fuelled by the best talent in the ANZ market.

- Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decision‑making and share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers
- Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent
OK, I'm interested... but is this really the job for me?
We look for people who value agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers. Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you.
Other qualities that will set you up for success in this role include:
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in an in‑house recruitment role
- Proven success delivering full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and/or geographies (EMEA experience preferred)
- Experience recruiting for a broad range of sales‑oriented roles, including pre‑sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, and customer success
- Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and select high‑quality commercial talent, with strong judgment around role fit and long‑term success
- Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
- A strong track record of delivering high‑quality hires against business timelines, proactively communicating risks or blockers, and collaborating creatively to overcome challenges
