Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction:
- Develop and execute dynamic recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
- Build and nurture relationships with active and passive candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Talent Sourcing:
- Harness diverse channels like job boards, social media platforms, career fairs, and networking events to discover potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and organise interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the full talent acquisition process, which includes assisting with job offers, and guiding salary and benefit negotiations for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with team members to elevate talent acquisition processes and practices.
Market Research:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Champion the use of cutting-edge technology tools for recruitment and establish a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on adapting to change.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software.
- Proficiency in Singapore's labour laws.
- CEI Certification would be advantageous.
