As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you source, attract, and hire top talent to meet AIT's evolving staffing needs. Thisposition works closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring attraction of the best candidates who align with company values and culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Lead the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer handover.
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure basic compliance with employment laws.
• Conducts research to build a network of candidates.
• Utilize our ATS to manage and track candidate information.
• Stay informed about basic industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international logistics-related environment
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across a variety of roles and levels
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Fluent oral and written English and German is a must
• Additional (major) European languages would be an asset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
