At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Talent and People Operations Specialist to join our People team in Madrid
🛠️ What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will include:
Talent
• Support recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and integration activities for new employees.
• Support performance review and talent development processes.
People Operations
• Support employee lifecycle administration, including hires, transfers, and departures.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare people reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
Process Improvement & HR Projects
• Maintain talent databases and people-related metrics, helping finding opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Support local and international HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of HR data.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
Master's Degree in Human Resources is desirable.
Experience
About 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a generalist HR role.
Relevant internships or placement experience will also be considered.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Interest in HR analytics and people data.
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
Fluent English
