Talent Development Intern

• Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes.

• Assist in learning and development activities such as training programs, coaching sessions, mentoring, and internal development initiatives.

• Provide administrative support for talent development projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in **Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field **.

• Strong interest in **Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Development **.

• Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools for data tracking and documentation.

• Good communication skills in **Bahasa Indonesia and English **.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willing to work **on-site in BSD, South Tangerang **.
