Broadway Tax Professionals is a full service tax preparation and tax planning firm. Since 1973 we have prepared income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates. We have had the same core staff for over 30 years and combined have over 100 years of tax preparation experience. We employ Enrolled Agents, Certified Public Accountants, as well as Tax Lawyers to meet all of your needs.

Family owned income tax preparation office with an established client base is seeking a candidate for a full time tax preparer position. Position will have a semi private office in order to conduct interviews during tax preparation. Full support staff available for back office duties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Individual / small business income tax returns during pre-scheduled appointments with clients
• Review tax return with clients so they have a full understanding of their tax return
• Answering current year tax questions clients may have
• Able to assist tax clients with future tax planning
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

• 4 years experience of individual tax preparation
• Good communicative skills
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
• Quickbooks knowledge is desirable
• Applicant must be a licensed CPA, EA, or JD
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel / Word)
• Able to research internal revenue code in order to properly prepare income tax returns
