An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our team. Supporting Management and a high-performing office environment, this role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of administration, marketing support, and day-to-day team operations.

This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration support including listings, legal documentation, AML processing, and general team coordination

  • Prepare agency agreements, sale and purchase agreements, auction and tender documentation

  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting to ensure information is accurate and up to date

  • Prepare submissions, presentations, vendor reports, and pre-listing documentation

  • Support marketing campaigns including brochures, newsletters, social media, web advertising, and EDMs

  • Coordinate photography, signage, print advertising, web portals, and marketing collateral

  • Assist with auction preparation, meeting coordination, and office administration processes

  • Liaise with agents, solicitors, clients, and external suppliers to support smooth day-to-day operations

  • Assist with campaign budgets, invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting

  • Provide general administration support to the wider team as required

About You

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Tech-savvy with experience across Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing platforms

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with the ability to work autonomously

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
