Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities. Proving grounds: The most comprehensive proving grounds in Europe and Asia, located in Spain and China. Both test tracks offer excellent customer support and facilities that provide the highest standards of safety and confidentiality. Homologation services in accordance with all European EC and ECE Regulations. Details :

Experience : 5-8 Years

Primary Tools : ANSA(Preprocessing) ANSYS Fluent (Solving and Postprocessing)

Secondary tools : HM/Star CCM/ open foam/ other CFD tools

Past work: ESPs / tier 1 / Supported for INDIAN and Global OEMs

Area of Work: Aerodynamics, Underhood thermal management, HVAC

Flexible to work in Shift: A/B (7-3:30 and 3:30-11:45)

 

 Nature of Work:

I.Good at CFD fundamentals for flow and heat transfer.

II.Good at full vehicle Model Building Aero, UTM and HVAC.

III.Case setup for  Aero, UTM and HVAC.

IV.Post Processing and report generation for Aero, UTM and HVAC.

V.Optimization/Counter measure for Aero, UTM and HVAC(Aerodynamics particularly).

VI.Any other simulation experience in the field of CFD is added advantage

VII.Smart working professional with good team player and innovative thinker.

VIII.Experience with client communication for result discussion is plus

IX.Experience with working with juniors for project execution

X.Good at project planning and execution

XI.Automation/Morphing experience is added advantage

B.Tech - Mechanical, Automotive
