Team Leader in the recruitment Dept

As a Team Leader in the recruitment Dept., you would be responsible for servicing client requirements in Retail and Call Center industry with internal students from the Speakwell centers. Since Speakwell does not bill to any of the clients there are no revenue targets. You will be in charge of a team of recruitment executives and will be responsible for their productivity. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with the clients and service their mandates.

Ideal candidate should have minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in mass recruitment with any of the good recruitment consultancy/ temp staffing firms. Experience in retail/ Call center industry would be preferred.

Salary Range : 25 – 30 K pm

Age : 23 – 28 years.
