1, Team Leader:-

Role & responsibilities

• Should be good in motivating team and manage day to day activities of the team
• Should have experience in calculating Attrition & Shrinkage
• Determine the duties and responsibilities of individuals in a team.
• Analyzing the individual performance of each team member and motivate them to perform even better.
• Offer solutions to the top management regarding project-related queries.
• Determine the necessary training needs and provide information on actions taken.
• Pay attention to the suggestions and opinions of colleagues, and deal with any issues or disagreements that may arise.
• Experience from insurance background will be preferable.

Eligibility Criteria: -

• Should have minimum 3yrs of an experience as Team leader in outbound process
• Graduation is must
• Excellent communication skill is must.(English+Hindi)
• Work location: - Marathahalli
• Age limit: - Below 33yrs
• Salary:- Upto 40K
