Key Responsibilities

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Private Client team. This could suit a law graduate looking for a first position in their legal career or someone looking to take the next step into a Paralegal position.
Ideally you will have the ability to work independently and have a high standard of interpersonal and communication skills.

Your key duties will be;
  • to act as Gatekeeper for the department for new Private Client enquiries, making initial appointments and sending initial letters
  • assisting legal advisers with administrative tasks on their legal matters and chasing third parties to facilitate progress of the matter
  • to process all client requests for copies of, or withdrawal from storage of, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney including invoicing the clients for copies and certification where appropriate
  • support the department legal advisers in all offices
