Your mission
As Teamlead Composite Production (m/f/d), you take operational and leadership responsibility for one of our key production areas.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating and steering daily composite production.
- Leading, mentoring and developing your production team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Ensuring adherence to lead times, quality requirements and production targets, while addressing challenges proactively.
- Taking ownership of business-related KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
- Establishing and maintaining 5S to ensure a clean, organized and efficient production environment.
- Ensuring on-time, specification-compliant delivery of composite components and assemblies.
- Overseeing and enforcing process compliance and relevant safety regulations.
- Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of all relevant work steps in our ERP systems.
- Supporting your team hands-on when necessary and collaborating closely with Engineering on component and process improvements.
Your profile
You combine technical expertise with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
You bring:
- A vocational qualification as Aircraft Mechanic, Process Mechanic, or Plastics/Composites Technician, or a comparable background.
- Experience in leading and developing production teams, ideally in a composite, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of composite processing, layup techniques, resin systems and curing processes.
- A structured, analytical working style and the ability to keep processes organized, stable and well-coordinated.
- Strong communication skills to guide your team and work effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in German and English, along with confident use of MS Office, ERP (SAP) systems.
- The ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, growing production environment.
