What you’ll do…

• Lead by Example:Drive the design and implementation of scalable, efficient back-end systems tailored for AI applications, while actively contributing code.

• Technical Architecture:Define and oversee the technical architecture and system design, ensuring alignment with AI integration and best practices.

• Engineering Excellence:Foster a culture of engineering excellence, mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and instilling best practices across the team.

• Security & Compliance:Maintainand improve strict security protocols for our multi-tenant environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

• Collaborate:Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and engineering leadership to develop and execute product and engineering roadmaps.

• Innovate:Stay abreast of advancements in AI technologies, specifically in areas such as Retrieval Augmented Generation,Evaluations,Vector Databases and Search, to inform product development.

• Product Discovery:Engage with product teams and customers during product discovery phases to ensure alignment with market needs.

• Facilitate:Communicatebetween cross-functional teams, resolving blockers and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• FullStack Software Engineerwith the followingexpertise:

• EngineeringExperience:

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems.

• Strongproficiencyin C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, and REST API design and development.

• Solid understanding of Azure PaaS and Azure Web App services.

• Experience withGitHub.

• AIExperience:

• Atleast 2 or morereal-worldexperiencesin:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation

• Evaluations

• Azure Content Understanding

• MS AgentFramework
