• Knowledge of servers (Windows)
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, OSI model, SAN, NAS, Routers, Switches, Ping, Checkpoints etc.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Passionate to have a career in IT Infrastructure
• Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
• Resolve technical issues.
• Basic knowledge on NOC.
• Knowledge about IT Infrastructure
