About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager for AI Agents, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives through our innovative solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers post-signing, overseeing their onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support to maximize their experience with our platform. Your expertise in managing customer relationships will be paramount. You will not only guide customers through the implementation process but also proactively engage with them to identify expansion opportunities, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship post-signing, overseeing onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our AI Agents.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Identify, close, and expand business opportunities within your customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with integration engineers to facilitate seamless transitions during technical handoffs.
  • Implement accelerated customer ramp-up plans to achieve independent go-lives by Day 7.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and configure Central independently as needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand software solutions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commercially sharp with a track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus.
