Technical Analyst - Tier 3

TLC Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join our Technical Services team. This is our highest Tier 3 (T3) technical role and serves as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.

This is a full-time, in-office position. The Technical Analyst will work closely with our technical team and clients to troubleshoot advanced issues, design solutions, deliver complex projects, and mentor other technical team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the final Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and systems issues.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Lead the technical delivery of complex projects from planning through completion.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks within client environments.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Develop scopes of work for technical projects.
• Mentor junior and intermediate technical team members.
• Facilitate technical training and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with urgent or emergency technical work when required.
• Perform onsite work and travel to client locations when required.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in a senior Tier 3, at least 5+ Years as Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar technical role.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, networking, virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Experience leading or delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems.
• A team-focused mindset with the ability to mentor and support other technical professionals.
