Technical Collection Coordinator & Operations Leads

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Technical Collection Coordinator & Operations Lead to support a new effort. This candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical collection activities across U.S. government organizations, CONUS and OCONUS operating locations, and defense-industry partners. The position will be a central coordination point for planning, asset deployment, site coordination, agreements, mission execution, and post-collection activities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience operating in complex government and defense environments and the ability to coordinate multiple organizations, locations, and technical resources to execute collection missions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate collection activities across government agencies, military organizations, CONUS/OCONUS locations, and defense-industry partners.
• Develop and maintain collection plans, mission plans, schedules, and deployment timelines in coordination with government and industry stakeholders.
• Translate government intelligence and technical requirements into executable collection activities and deployment plans.
• Coordinate collection execution and provide timely reporting of mission status, results, issues, and follow-on requirements.
• Track collection requirements, equipment status, schedules, dependencies, and mission readiness across multiple organizations.
• Support development and refinement of collection concepts, operational approaches, and future collection capabilities.
• Coordinate collection execution and provide timely reporting of mission status, results, issues, and follow-on requirements.
• Support development of briefings, status reports, decision materials, and senior-leader updates concerning collection activities and mission execution.
  

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience supporting technical collection, acquisition, or defense-related missions.
• Experience planning and executing operations involving multiple geographic locations, including CONUS and OCONUS environments.
• Experience coordinating the movement and deployment of technical equipment, personnel, and associated operational resources.
• Working knowledge of government acquisition processes, contracting, procurement, and support agreements.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed mission plans, schedules, dependencies, and execution timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with government and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment while managing multiple concurrent requirements and competing priorities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, as required by the program.
