About this role
Maintain & Upgrade all the solutions :

will be responsible for producing the roadmap twice a year, focusing
obsolescence and security (ex : patches campaigns) and report on it
will manage day to day delivery, including daily review of incidents, major
incident management (during the day or on call), meetings with external
stakeholders to follow crises, actions, change preparation and communication
and coordination with internal stakeholders
will be responsible for maintaining technology standards, advising on the
implementation, deploying and updating infrastructure & applications ensuring
successful delivery of IT requirements
Requirements
-Good knowledge of Active Directory management, Entra ID and Microsoft tenants management.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft solution "System Center Operation Manager".
-Experiences on Privilege Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Pass are nice to have
Coordination of production activity related to ITIL processes: incident
management, change management, problem management, CMDB management
Ability to work in Agile environments
Ability to handle professional pressures
Sense of negotiation and dialogue, good relationship with users, clients, providers
Analysis and synthesis skills, ability to communicate
Client service oriented, team spirit
Language skills: EN mandatory - FR (be able to understand)
