We are looking for a .NET / Technical Lead for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. You will contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services, including solution design and reliability concerns.

This is you

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering

• Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming concepts

• High level of modern CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus

• Expert in monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Sumo Logic or similar

• Hands-on experience designing and developing end-to-end solutions within distributed and microservices architectures

• Strong understanding of software design principles, clean and testable code

• Experience writing unit tests and building reliable, maintainable solutions

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Previous experience in a Technical Lead or similar technical leadership role

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with high-load systems

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or Playwright

This is you

• Experience with architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture

• Experience writing unit tests and testable code

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges

• Exhibit excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes

• Deliver constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team

• Communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Consistently meet sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
