REGenerate is a dedicated real estate and construction project management subsidiary of RCG Group, specializing in property development, asset enhancement, and technical management, operating as a core part of the group's ecosystem.

The company is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team to support the management of the technical aspects of distressed real estate portfolios (REO). The role focuses on assigning and monitoring value-adding construction works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage an established network of external engineers and technical consultants, appointing consultants and assigning technical works
  • Review technical reports and legalization deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Advise clients on optimal technical improvements, aiming to maximize marketability and value
  • Monitor the progress of technical works & maintain KPIs to ensure timely efficient completion
  • Liaise with planning authorities and other relevant stakeholders
  • Support the sales closure process and collaborate with Project Managers, Asset Managers, and Real Estate Strategy teams to align technical activities with portfolio commercialization goals

Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction
  • Experience in project management
  • University degree (BA/BSc/BEng) in Engineering; an MEng or relevant advanced degree is considered a plus
  • Excellent understanding of legalization laws and practices
  • Native-level Greek and fluent English, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical tools (e.g., CAD)
