Role: Technical Test Lead – Big Data (Financial domain)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Charlotte, NC

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Data warehouse testing Skills in creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge.
· Experience in Big data testing (Hadoop) is required
• Experience in any data warehouse technologies is preferred
• Experience in managing testing teams in onsite offshore model
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Ability to communicate the status and progress to stakeholders when required
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
· Experience with Financial domain is preferred
