 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, diagnosis and repairs according to Audi and dealership standards
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department
• Properly document diagnosis and repairs
• Road-test vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area
• Stay current on technical information, training and factory procedures
• Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when needed

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Diagnostic or mainline technician experience
• ASE certification and/or automotive trade-school education preferred
• Audi, Volkswagen or German/European vehicle experience is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow

Audi experience is valuable, but the right technician, work ethic and attitude matter tremendously to us.
