How You Will Make an Impact:

Assess third-party risks considering relevant facts, business context, process requirements, regulatory expectations, controls, stakeholders, and potential effects on critical or important business processes
Identify and help resolve incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent information, control gaps, remediation actions, dependencies, and escalation needs
Contribute to the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of third-party management frameworks, processes, controls, methodologies, tools, and ways of working
Support business continuity, service continuity, exit, and resilience planning and testing for third-party services that support or affect critical or important business processes
Provide clear, concise, and action-oriented advice and reporting to business stakeholders, management, governance bodies, and relevant control functions
Maintain clear records of conclusions, rationale, evidence, data, and follow-up actions to support review, auditability, monitoring, and effective handover
Undertake other third-party risk management, governance, control oversight, and stakeholder support activities arising from changes to the framework, processes, or operating model
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At least 3 years of experience in third-party risk, outsourcing risk, vendor management, operational risk, compliance, or a related field, preferably in financial services, or regulated company
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate detailed information, understand wider business implications, and form sound risk-based conclusions
Good understanding of regulatory requirements relating to third-party and outsourcing risk management
Experience using vendor, supplier, risk, or workflow management tools for assessments, monitoring, reporting, and evidence management
Experience conducting, coordinating, or reviewing third-party due diligence, risk assessments, findings, and remediation activities
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and sound judgement when making recommendations and documenting rationale
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings, risks, recommendations, and required actions clearly
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, risk management, information technology, or a related field
Fluency in English and one local Baltic language, both written and spoken, for work across the Baltic countries
