Trade Compliance Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Stay Informed: Keep up to date with customs and international trade laws and regulations.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to import/export regulations, including export controls and trade sanctions.
• Manage Licenses: Handle import and export licenses as needed.
• Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with international suppliers and customers.
• Resolve Issues: Efficiently address any problems related to delays, damage, or loss of goods.
• Documentation: Manage long-term supplier/vendor declarations and certificates of origin.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in International Trade.
• Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level.
• SAP: Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset.

The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €35,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities
