Job Purpose:

To lead and drive the company's trade marketing and sales operations strategy across traditional and digital channels by developing and executing effective trade initiatives, optimizing product visibility and distribution, managing trade investments, and strengthening partnerships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms. The role is responsible for maximizing sales performance, enhancing brand presence at the point of sale, leading the trade sales team, and ensuring all trade activities are aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements. The job holder will be based in our site in Al Obour City and reporting to Business Unit Head.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and lead sales operations aligned with brand and sales objectives
• Plan and execute trade promotions, ensuring optimal in-store visibility and execution
• Develop and implement trade marketing and sales activities for e-commerce platforms, ensuring digital shelf visibility, online promotions, and collaboration with online retail partners
• Manage trade budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams and key retail partners to ensure product visibility and distribution
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor insights to refine trade strategies
• Lead trade sales team and accountable on trade sales operations
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives and adjust plans as needed
• Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, online partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand guidelines in trade activities.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries
• Proven experience in trade marketing, ideally within consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors (FMCG is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor insights
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital trade marketing strategies, including digital shelf and online promotional tactics
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to collaborate with sales/marketing teams, retailers, and online partners; (cross functional collaboration)
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple trade campaigns simultaneously
• Proven leadership skills with experience leading teams and influencing across functions
• A results-driven mindset, focused on achieving both short-term promotional impact and long-term brand equity
