The Role:

·Daily communication with clients

·Negotiating offers and tenancy contracts

·Generating new valuation leads

·Assist with property management

·Deal with day to day enquiries

·Provide professionalism, care and correct advice to our client.

The Person:

·Previous Sales experience advantageous but not necessary – training will be provided.

·Motivated

·Excellent presentation and communication skills

·Passionate about customer service

·Competence with making calls

·Hold a UK Driving licence & own car are ideal
