• Managing calls, emails, and appointments, ensuring prompt responses.
• Keeping the reception area organized and handling administrative duties.
• Collaborating with various departments for seamless operations.
• Supporting the team with general tasks and member engagement.

Your Background:

• Are currently studying Tourism or Administration
• Speak fluently in French and English - another European language is an asset
