Trainer Q4 2025 - Noon Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new joiners.

• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and manuals.

• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

• Track attendance, completion rates, and learning progress.

• Submit daily/weekly training reports to the Training Team Leader.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure training needs are fulfilled.

• Support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in training, customer service, or a related field.

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to manage both online and on-site training sessions.

• Graduate degree required.

• Male candidates preferred (per form).

• Rotational working hours, hybrid work arrangement.

• Temp/seasonal employment starting 21-Sep-25.
