We are seeking a Russian-speaking Translation Project Manager to join our team on, with a focus on delivering high-quality language services that seamlessly align with digital strategy. This role plays a key part in our daily operations, working closely with Client Account Managers and a global network of freelance linguists.

The role
- Contract: Fixed term (12 months), full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday with weekend-working, typically including one weekend day (e.g. Tuesday-Saturday) - rota-basis.
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 (based on experience)
- Translation project management across a wide range of exciting sectors
- Providing full support to Client Account Managers in all aspects of translation services
- Coordinating a team of freelance linguistic experts, assigning content and monitoring performance/output
- Working directly with CAT tools and other localisation software
About you:
- Native-level Russian and advanced level of English; or native-level speaker of English and business level of Russian
- Degree in translation, languages or linguistics, or 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager with a Translation Service Provider
- Awareness, understanding and/or experience within the translation industry
- Familiar with CAT tools and their role in the translation workflow
- Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced agency environment
