Treasury Specialist

Juriquilla, Querétaro, Mexico | Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) We're supporting the continued growth of a global Shared Service Centre based in Juriquilla, Querétaro, and we're looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist to join the team.This role sits within a centralised finance function supporting treasury operations across multiple countries, currencies, banking partners, and legal entities. It's a position that combines treasury expertise, strong controls, stakeholder management, and process improvement within a multinational Shared Service Centre environment.If you've worked in an SSC before, you'll know that treasury isn't just about processing transactions. It's about ensuring cash movements are accurately recorded, controls are robust, reconciliations are completed on time, and stakeholders across the business have confidence in the numbers.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting treasury operations across the EMEA region, partnering with finance teams, banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day treasury activities.This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership. You'll be trusted to investigate issues, improve processes, strengthen controls and help drive consistency across the Shared Service Centre.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Manage treasury activities across multiple entities and currencies
• Oversee daily banking transactions, cash movements and payment allocation activities
• Perform and review bank reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly
• Support month-end and year-end treasury activities
• Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation
• Act as a key point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders
• Support internal and external audits by providing treasury-related information and documentation
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls and financial procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardise and automate treasury processes
• Work closely with finance teams across multiple countries to ensure efficient and consistent ways of working
• Support wider finance transformation and Shared Service Centre improvement initiatives

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience within a Shared Service Centre (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) or multinational finance environment
• Ability to communicate well in English
• Strong treasury, banking operations, cash management or finance operations experience
• Experience managing high-volume banking activity across multiple entities or regions
• Strong bank reconciliation experience and a track record of resolving complex reconciling items
• Experience working with ERP systems and online banking platforms
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience supporting audits and operating within a controlled financial environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across different countries and cultures
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• The confidence to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution

We're Particularly Interested In

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or a similar global ERP platform
