This is a fully in‑office position and requires strong assessment skills and the ability to collaborate closely with care teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments to evaluate severity of conditions and advise on appropriate care methods
- Deliver effective communication with patients and their families regarding symptoms and treatment options
- Document patient interactions accurately to ensure effective follow-up and continuity of care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient health outcomes
- Educate patients about disease management and preventive health measures
- Utilize clinical judgment to prioritize medical inquiries and facilitate patient placement
- Ensure a patient-centered experience at all points of contact
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of recent, in‑person nursing experience
- Prior experience in triage, urgent care, emergency department, or other high‑acuity outpatient or inpatient settings
- Demonstrated ability to perform rapid clinical assessments and make sound, independent decisions
- Strong prioritization and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and compassionate in time‑sensitive or high‑pressure situations
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,0000 based on experience.
