Truck Dispatcher - (Dry Van Division)

US-based logistics company is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Dispatcher to join our team at the Skopje office. In this role, you will oversee the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments, managing a team of drivers and executing dispatch functions while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
• Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in US trucking.
• Availability to work evening hours from 14:00 to 23:00.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.
• Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations is a must.
